Close to the camp, some small shops provide all you need, namely:
- 3 meals a day
- Snorkeling equipment
On the first two nights, we camped on the western side of the island. For our last night we moved to a small resort where we slept in a bamboo hut. (View from our hut)
This guy is not from Mumbai or Kolkata, he is Landais currently working in Chennai, can you believe it !??
Long Island is the least delevopped island we have visited. Picture of our lodge in the village, Sober but fully equipped:
- King size bed, firm (as wood...);
- Seperate bathroom (with a 25L bucket of fresh water) with a view on the beach.
Early morning in Long Island, the ferry should not be long, next step Neil Island.
The ferry boat is the only way to transit from one island to the other, a few per day (or per week) and many candidates !!! Better not miss this one...
